HELLO

About our project

Would you like to build a Japanese house?

Japanese homes

We are working on a project to build beautiful traditional Japanese houses all over the world. Japanese houses have many very good points. Japanese houses whose buildings are made of wood have excellent humidity control functions. Also, when you look at Japanese houses, we think you will feel at ease. The solid and calm appearance of the gable roof and hipped roof made of Japanese roof tiles makes us feel nostalgic. In this house, surrounded by a variety of nature, not only can you see various ideas and ingenuity in the detailed design of the exterior, but also ingenuity to create harmony between the house and nature so that it fits in with the surrounding environment. We want you to feel the charm of Japan more. We want you to like Japan more. How about living a natural lifestyle in a "breathing house"? If you would like to experience the comfort provided by an authentic Japanese living space, please contact us. We can help you build an entire Japanese home or even just one Japanese room in your current home. We can also build detached houses, summerhomes, restaurants, and other types of buildings. We would now like to help you experience an authentic and traditional Japanese spaceーbe it a single room or an entire homeーno matter where in the world you live. We can even send our crew of experienced carpenters and workers from Japan to your site. We’re looking forward to hearing from you.

TRADITIONAL

Connected to our roots

When we think of our ideal home, words like warmth, beauty, simplicity and naturalness are but a few of the words that come to mind. Such concepts are also the embodiment of Japanese traditional architecture which has a long history of building with wood and harnessing the elements of nature in a simplistic, beautiful and elegant form. Today we are excited to be able to bring to you, our international clients, these features in the form of your very own traditional Japanese home.

More than aesthetic beauty

Through their renowned wood craftsmanship, builders of Japanese traditional homes embrace natural elements in their design, which is deeply rooted in Japanese ancient culture. These natural elements bring us both positive emotional and physical benefits such as a relaxed feeling and an overall sense of peace. In fact, recent research has recognized the positive psychological effects of trees on people, which you will find similarly replicated in our homes. The same research, also, interestingly showed that your level of comfort in your home actually increases relative to the amount of wood it has. Rooms that have incorporated at least 30% of wood in their design were deemed subjectively comfortable and those incorporating 45% or more offer optimal contentment. In the study, participants described feeling “excited” and “harmonic" in various rooms depending on the amount of wood. Even by simply choosing wooden furniture for your tables and chairs, the comfort of your room will be greatly enhanced.

Home is where the ‘hearth’ is

Imagine a warm, spacious room with a hearth fireplace and a circular window with a shoji screen [Japanese paper partition] as the perfect accent of tranquility. An old-fashioned hearth is transformed into a stylish and modern table. It provides you with the same peaceful space that can be enjoyed by family and friends in the form of an indoor barbecue, where charcoal is used to cook stews, fish shish kebabs or any of your favorite foods.

Japanese homes

Zen in a garden

Japanese gardens are famous for their simple yet elegant designs. They create a world where you can truly experience peace because they are designed to seamlessly blend with all the natural elements in and around them. Thus offering you a perfect place to relax and unwind, whether by doing yoga, reading a book, enjoying conversation with friends or even meditating. The feeling will be unmistakably Zen.

The lattice connection

Lattice walls are another element that bring the essence of Japanese traditional design to the interior of your home. It provides just the right amount of light or shade to your room, while its transparency allows you to still feel connected to the rest of your family. The ambience in your latticed room changes distinctly during the day and night. The design of the lattice itself also makes for a relaxing atmosphere.
